Aria Karimpour is an American real estate broker and the founder of Swish Real Estate, a brokerage headquartered in Century City, Los Angeles. A licensed California broker (DRE #02120946) and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, he serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Early Life and Education
Aria Karimpour was born in Upland, California, to an Iranian-Azeri father and a Syrian-Alawite mother. He grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, a city at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains in San Bernardino County, where he attended Alta Loma Elementary School, Alta Loma Middle School, and Alta Loma High School. Raised in a multilingual household, he became fluent in Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, and Turkish in addition to English.
Karimpour enrolled at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2020. He was named to the Dean's List during his final academic term.
Career
Karimpour entered the real estate industry in 2020 as an agent at KR Homes Inc., a Southern California brokerage operated by Kamiar Karimpour that has been active since 1988. At KR Homes, he gained experience representing residential developers, homebuilders, and individual buyers throughout the Inland Empire and greater Los Angeles area.
In May 2023, he obtained his California real estate broker's license and founded Swish Real Estate, establishing the firm's headquarters at 1925 Century Park East, Suite 220, in the Century City business district of Los Angeles. Attorney Afshin Yousseyfeh serves as the registered agent for the company.
Operating as both a buyer's and seller's agent, Karimpour works with clients ranging from first-time homebuyers in Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario to seasoned investors acquiring multifamily properties in West Los Angeles and Irvine.
